The focus of these months were
removing top panels off the original door panels, then mounting them
adding a right-hand mirror
replacing door hinge bushings
1st run of the 502 BB along with break in
building new aluminum door panels
bodywork to clean up the gaps
adding a rubber contour piece to the new door panels
final painting of various parts

painting the door jambs & door edges
painting the underside of the hood
chromed door hinges received and mounted
rear diffusers, winglets & A-Arm covers painted and finished
radiator cover cut-n-buffed
underside of the decklid cut - not buffed yet.

cut-n-buff of parts, the door jambs, under the hood, the jewelry box, etc.

removing the dings & dents from the SS windshield trim
painting of the wiper grills, headlight buckets, & headlight bezels

buffing the radiator cover
wetsand and buffing the underside of the hood & decklid
wetsand and buffing the A-Arm covers & wiper grills
repair of the headlight bucket surround body panel
final blocking of the body
finishing the design, build & painting the dist. cover & plug wire covers

The focus of these months was
validating and adjusting until the hump is identical left to right
building, mounting, priming & painting the front spoiler
tweakes & gapping on the rear filler panel
body gaps are finalized
final KD3000 primer, scuff and spray the HOK black
scuff the black, then mask off the areas remaining black (stingers)
spray the HOK blue then unmask the black to shoot the pearl & klear
wetsand the entire car
prep & refinish the hardtop and buff it out
