The National Corvette Museum was opened in 1994, across the street from the Corvette Assembly Plant, in Bowling Green, KY.  Within the museum, they have some of the most spectacular Vettes on display, from "the one & only" to cars that have been donated and others that are only on loan to NCM.

Our first Visit was on Friday morning (6/27), with Cindy & Bob Morrison.  Glenda & I went back on Sunday (6/29) for the NCM 50th Festivities.  We have combined photos from both days onto the NCM Inside & Outside pages rather than by date.

The Morrison's & us headed to the Museum this morning.  As we traveled North on I-65, we met lots of the Caravan Participants that Stayed in the Bowling Green area, heading to Nashville.

On I-65, as you are waiting to exit, you can see the NCM sign above the barriers

As you look to the right of the NCM, you see the Corvette Assembly Plant where all Vettes are manufactured.

As we made the left hand turn, we could see the festivities and lots of Vettes

We parked behind a used Vette Dealership rather than hassling with the main parking area - lots of nice Vettes in the parking lot, as we walked up to the NCM.

On the Phone again... "  ...oops, that wasn't the way that song went ;-)

As you neared the Entrance, you saw the Caravan sign that everyone was signing

As 50th Caravan Participants, we signed our name on the lower part of the "0" - the banner will be hung in the NCM, from what we understood.
