Vicksburg, MS is a town full of History, from the historical buildings to the Civil War Memorial. 

It also has several Casinos - although it isn't any Vegas or even a Shreveport, LA.

The town square touted an old Courthouse.  Due to the hilly nature of the town, one side had lots of steps
       
Several other old buildings graced downtown with architecture and building skills of the past.
   
       
 

Down below the town square, you will find Harrahs Casino

 

  

The Isle of Capri which we made a few donations were closer to I-20 at the edge of town  
       
Looking from the Hill above the Isle of Capri, you can see the Mississippi River
