Upstairs is where the bedrooms were located

The master bedroom

       

The indoor plumbing was added during the remodel of 1883 - this bath followed in 1908.

This luxuriant shower with water spraying from above and all sides looks like something you find available even today.

       

This bedroom was occupied by President & Mrs. Grover Cleveland in Oct of 1887.

The canopy or tester beds were the style of bed during this Antebellum South period

       

This was the nursery

A white cotton christening gown which belonged to John Harding (son) was on display
