GM was picky about their selection for this display, which for those of us that were hoping to see 50-years of "original" models, this was great.  I'm not a purist overall but I do think that history needs to be preserved.  This display and grouping of Vettes showed that it has been.  Below is the criteria that the Vettes had to meet.

Stock appearance. Example:   No mag-wheels, chrome aftermarket wheels, custom paint or exterior paint color from a different model year (i.e., black 1976 Corvette (black was not a factory offered color for CY 1976), aftermarket exhaust/mufflers, big-block hoods on small block cars, pin stripes, mud/splash guards, wings/aero packages, roll bars/racing harnesses, etc. Corvettes must have exterior and interior to factory stock appearance.

Does not have to be car show certified/pedigree.

Presentable drivers are welcome. If in doubt, please contact the NCM.

"No For-Sale-Signs".

l Must have current vehicle registration and necessary car insurance effective.

l Vehicle has to be in good driving condition and meet all vehicle safety codes applicable to model year.
